All fees are understood out of tax (VAT 17%) and out of expenses and outlays.

The Algerian legislation does not regulate lawyers’ performances. Thus the freedom of fees principle allows the office to offer various payment formulae depending on the complexity of the affair.

Fixed Price :

It is the commonly used mode for relatively simple affairs which could be solved within reasonable delays.

Hourly invoicing :

For complex affairs requiring the involvement of several members of the office, the performances make the object of an invoicing based on the time spent according to a scale previously accepted by the client.

Agreement :

This mode is adopted for clients who come within the scope of long term relations with the office. It allows the undertaking of all their judicial preoccupations guaranteed in return of an agreed periodical fixed allowance.
