Ahmed Reda BOUDIAF was sworn in 1981.
He was Head of judicial affairs in a company for three years before joining the magistracy body at the beginning of 1973.
After he was sworn as a lawyer in 1981, he founded his own firm. He then registered with the Supreme Court in 1991. The same year he was elected president of the Lawyers’ Bar. He wins a new mandate in 1994 together with the title of Vice President of the International Lawyers’ union. In 1998 he comes into office as President of the National Lawyers’ Bar.
He is the president of the French Speaking Lawyers’ Bar Conference in 2000. during the same year, he co-signs with President of the Bar Jean René Farthouat a Common Deontology Charter between the French and Algerian Bars.
He is a recognised specialist in business law; he is a founding and directing member of the Algerian section of the Paris Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ICC) and has written numerous articles and contributions about the theme of privatisation in the Algerian law.
